A one-on-one conversation designed to explore what you are currently experiencing and what support may be most helpful.

During this session we will:

• identify current stress patterns
• explore emotional and mental load
• discuss goals for support
• determine next steps if coaching feels right

After completing the program, clients may choose occasional follow-up sessions for continued support and reflection.

One on One Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions provide a personalized, supportive space to help you better understand your stress, reduce mental overload, and build sustainable self-care practices.

These sessions are designed for women who are often high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or exhausted.

12 Week Coaching Program

A structured coaching journey focused on creating sustainable change.

The program includes three phases:

PHASE 1 — Awareness & Foundation
Understanding stress, energy, emotional patterns, and self-care barriers.

PHASE 2 — Regulation, Mindset & Boundaries
Developing emotional regulation, thought awareness, boundaries, and sustainable habits.

PHASE 3 — Identity & Sustainability
Strengthening self-compassion, resilience, and long-term support systems.
